Dr. Selina Palmer

Dr. Selina Palmer currently works as a Paraprofessional and Enrichment Teacher at PCA Pal Charter Academy, where responsibilities include organizing lesson plans, assisting in classroom instruction, and communicating with parents about student performance. In addition, Dr. Palmer serves as a Pride Reading Specialist with the PRIDE Reading Program and works as a Substitute Teacher for Scoot Education. As the Lead Instructor and Owner of Little Tigers Tang Soo Do since 2005, Dr. Palmer manages teaching staff, develops instructional materials, and represents Tang Soo Do in the United States. Educational credentials include a Doctorate of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino, where Dr. Palmer also presented research at the Western Academy of Management and contributed to the assurance learning program.
