Carolyn Harris is a seasoned professional in educational leadership and development, currently serving as the Director of the Learning Department at PrideStaff since May 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs and measuring their effectiveness. Previously, Carolyn held the position of Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment at California Health Sciences University, providing strategic leadership for student support services, and also consulted through Quality Performance Consulting, LLC. Earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Enrollment Services at the University of the Rockies, where staffing strategies were created and executed, and Director of Field Recruitment at Walden University, overseeing field recruitment and marketing strategies.
