Danielle Trafican has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on risk management and compliance. Danielle started their career at Parrot Cellular as a Lead Sales Associate, where they provided excellent customer service and contributed to store sales and profitability. After that, they worked at SimplexGrinnell as a Preventative Maintenance Representative, selling service agreements for various commercial building systems. Danielle then joined Insurance Relief as a Recruiting Consultant, specializing in staffing insurance companies. Currently, they are employed at PrideStaff, where they have held several positions including Risk Management Coordinator, Risk Management Specialist, Sr. Risk Management Specialist, Director of Risk Management, and currently serves as the Legal & Compliance Director. At PrideStaff, they are responsible for assessing, preventing, and mitigating risks associated with running a business, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expertise in risk and safety management.
