As PrideStaff’s Co-CEO and Board of Directors member, Tammi has consistently been a driving force in the successful evolution of the business. Since joining PrideStaff in 1997, she has been instrumental in developing and leading multiple departments, business practices and relationships, which have collectively positioned PrideStaff among North America’s best and fastest-growing staffing firms. She has created world-class teams and operational processes, launched strategic initiatives, maintained brand integrity and fueled double-digit year-over-year growth on a regular basis. She also launched PrideStaff’s NPS customer loyalty program, which has resulted in multiple Best of Staffing Diamond Awards for the company, a premium honor that very few companies have achieved on a consistent basis. As a dedicated team builder and passionate role model for women, she has prioritized leadership and mentoring opportunities that empower all people in the workforce. She has also been named to Staffing Industry Analysts “Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing” list on multiple occasions.
