Jarrod Lemasters

Jarrod Lemasters has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jarrod has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in quality management and manufacturing operations. Jarrod joined Pridgeon & Clay in 1997 as a Launch Quality Engineer and later worked at Cascade Die Casting as a Quality Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Metavation, LLC, where they served as a Regional Quality and Engineering Manager before being promoted to Plant Manager. In 2011, they joined HR Screw Machine Products as a Plant Manager, and a year later, they joined Fisher Dynamics as a Quality Liaison Engineer. In 2012, Jarrod returned to Pridgeon & Clay and held the position of Quality Manager - US Operations, followed by Corporate Director of Quality. Currently, they are the Corporate Director of Program Launch and Quality at Pridgeon & Clay.

Jarrod Lemasters completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Davenport University. This program lasted from the year 2000 to 2004.
