Joni Cole (LaHuis)

Joni (LaHuis) Cole has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Joni has held various leadership positions in well-established companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2003, Joni worked at Pridgeon and Clay as the Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw all aspects of the corporate HR department. Joni'sresponsibilities included recruitment, performance appraisals, terminations, downsizing, and implementing various HR policies and procedures.

In 2012, Joni was promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources at Pridgeon and Clay. Joni continued to excel in this position until 2015, when they joined Catholic Charities West Michigan as their Vice President of Human Resources. There, they provided strategic leadership in all HR-related matters for the organization.

In 2017, Joni became the Vice President of Human Resources at Middleville Tool and Die Company, Inc. Joni held this position until 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Bayloff Stamped Products. In both companies, they played a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.

Currently, Joni holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Pridgeon & Clay. Starting in 2022, they lead the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resources management for the company.

Throughout their career, Joni has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Joni'sexpertise and dedication make their an asset to any organization in need of HR leadership.

Joni (LaHuis) Cole pursued their education at Grand Valley State University from 1991 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management.
