Ray Skierski

Ray Skierski has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, having held various roles over the past four decades. Ray started their career in 1977 as the General Manager at AZ Automotive (formerly known as Aetna Ind.) and remained in that position until 2004. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as the General Manager at Tower Automotive. Ray then joined Deluxe Stamping & Die in 2007 as the Director of Operations, a role they held until 2009. After that, Skierski worked at Lenawee Stamping Corporation as the Assistant General Manager from August 2009 to September 2010, and subsequently as the General Manager from August 2009 to May 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Wellington Industries. Most recently, Skierski joined Pridgeon & Clay as the VP of Manufacturing in November 2016.

Ray Skierski took classes in Industrial Management at Macomb Community College from 1988 to 1989. Prior to that, they also took classes in Statistical Process Control Methods at Oakland University from 1984 to 1985.
