Rich Ropp

Rich Ropp has extensive experience in the aviation industry, spanning multiple roles and companies. Rich currently serves as the President of Priester Aviation, where they work on internal and external growth opportunities. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales at flyExclusive, focusing on revenue growth, service expansion, and customer retention.

Before joining flyExclusive, Ropp held various positions at Jet Linx, including Vice President of Business Development and ACM Sales, National Senior Vice President Base Startup, President of Jet Linx St. Louis, and Vice President and General Manager of a new Jet Linx location. Their responsibilities included developing strategic plans, growing client bases, managing operations, and driving financial results.

Ropp also gained experience at Jet Aviation, where they served as the National Sales Director and Regional Sales Director. In these roles, they focused on building relationships with key accounts, generating sales opportunities, and raising brand awareness.

Earlier in their career, Ropp worked as the Vice President of Sales at Wayfarer Aviation, where they managed a sales team and contributed to decision-making processes. Rich also served as the Vice President of Charter Sales at JetDirect Aviation, overseeing a division with significant revenues and staff.

Ropp started their career at Jet Support Services, Inc. and JetCorp/JetDirect Aviation, where they held the positions of Sales Director and Vice President of Sales for the Central Region. Their responsibilities included developing and selling jet card programs, retail charter services, and aircraft management contracts.

Rich Ropp began their education journey at Fort Zumwalt High School from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Diploma with a focus on Math & Science. Following this, they attended St. Louis Community College between 1989 and 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business and gained practical work experience. In 2014, Rich enrolled at the University of Charleston, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in May 2021, Rich obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn.
