Maria Fernanda Villabona Silva

Maria Fernanda Villabona Silva has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Jefe EHS and Jefe SST at Primadera since September 2019, focusing on the design and implementation of occupational health and safety management systems. Previously, Maria Fernanda held the position of Safety Manager at Bavaria - Colombia, where responsibilities included designing and implementing safety management models and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Additional roles included being a Regional HSE Leader for Ecopetrol S.A. and working in various capacities in HSEQ coordination and quality management. Maria Fernanda holds multiple degrees, including a specialization in Environmental Management from Fundación Universitaria Católica del Norte and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
