Mission
The Performance Marketing Specialist is essential in the accurate and effective measurement of our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role is tasked with the meticulous setup, monitoring, and maintenance of tracking systems to capture and report on campaign performance accurately. By ensuring that data is reliably gathered and analyzed, the Tracking Analyst enables informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to enhance campaign outcomes.
Accountabilities
Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook or other channels relevant to the performance team.
Monitor budget pacing and performance against goals.
Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization.
Become a product champion and specialist (e.g Line. Line Gain Friends, YouTube, and so on).
