Jérôme Bitz

Jérôme Bitz has over 15 years of experience in the information technology field. Jérôme began their career as a Computer Systems Monitor for the Washington County Public Library, where they provided training and assistance to patrons. Jérôme then worked as a Web Developer and Graphic Designer for B and B Game Birds, collaborating with the company to develop and maintain their website and graphics.

Bitz then transitioned to Jo Ann Fabrics and Crafts as an Operations/Merchandising Manager and later joined Jo Ann Stores as a Store Manager. Jérôme further expanded their experience by joining The Shippen Place Hotel as the Front Office Manager and Systems Administrator, responsible for managing the front office operations as well as system administration.

In 2007, Bitz joined MICROS Systems Inc as an Implementation Specialist, where they supported the implementation, administration, and database management of F&B/Retail systems for various prestigious hotels, casinos, and stadiums. Jérôme also handled MS Server 2003 administration and configuration, as well as hardware and software setup.

Bitz then moved on to The Warrell Corporation as a Network Administrator, specializing in Apple OSx server integration, mobile device management, and program management. Jérôme also gained experience in basic database and program management, website design, and ERP systems.

Most recently, Bitz served as the IT Manager at Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar, where they oversaw the IT operations. Jérôme then took on the role of Director of Information Technology, continuing to lead the IT department.

Jérôme Bitz attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they pursued an English major with a minor in Music. While the degree name is not specified, it can be inferred that Jérôme was close to completing their degree program, based on the term "Almost" mentioned.
