Kathleen Girardeau

Kathleen Girardeau, CSM, CRX, RPA, currently serves as Vice President of National Operations at Primaris REIT since September 2024, following an extensive tenure at Primaris Management Inc. where roles included Director of Portfolio Management and General Manager. Previous experience also encompasses General Manager positions at Oxford Properties Group, Cadillac Fairview, and Morguard Investments. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Management in Marketing and Finance from the University of Lethbridge, along with several real estate certifications, including Real Property Administrator, Certified Shopping Center Manager, and Certified Retail Executive, complemented by broker licenses from the Manitoba Securities Commission and Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.
