Nadien Lemermeyer

Nadien Lemermeyer, CDP, has a strong background in design and construction management. Nadien began their career in 1994 as a Senior Retail Designer/Project Manager at Maxam Design International, where they worked until 2003. Following this, they joined Oxford Properties Retail Group in 2005 as a Manager of Tenant Coordination until 2009. Since 2010, Nadien has been with Primaris Management Inc., first as the Manager of Design & Construction Western Canada, and then as the Director of Design and Construction.

Nadien Lemermeyer, CDP, has a B.A.A. in Interior Design from Ryerson University and a B.A. in Physical Anthropology from the University of Alberta. Nadien also holds additional certifications, including the Certified Development, Design & Construction Professional (CDP) from the ICSC, LEED-CI from the Canada Green Building Council, and NCIDQ from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. The year of obtaining the CDP certification is not specified, while LEED-CI was obtained in January 2009 and NCIDQ was obtained in 1998.
