Anna Farrow is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent & Development Manager at Primark since June 2022, Anna has previously held the position of People Director at Doctor Care Anywhere and Global Head of Learning Solutions at Facebook. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Learning and Development at ODEON Cinemas Group, Development Consultant at Specsavers, HR Business Partner/Operations Manager at KFC UK & Ireland, and Area Manager at Aldi UK. Anna began their career as an HR Assistant at Focus DIY and Carphone Warehouse Business Partners. Anna holds a 2.1 BA Hons degree in Philosophy from The University of Manchester.
