Iwona Chrostowska

Iwona Chrostowska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture CEE at Primark since May 2020, overseeing the people and culture agenda for over 1,800 colleagues across Poland, Slovenia, Czechia, Romania, and Slovakia. Prior to this role, Iwona held the position of Human Resources Director for Central Europe at Yves Rocher from April 2016 to May 2020 and served as Deputy HR Director at Inditex, managing HR for multiple brands including Zara Home and Massimo Dutti from May 2010 to December 2015. Iwona Chrostowska possesses a Bachelor's Degree in German linguistics from the University of Silesia, a Master's Degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Uniwersytet SWPS.
