Joseph A. Telano

Joseph A. Telano is a seasoned policy and legislative professional currently serving as a Senior Policy Manager at the Primary Care Development Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, including Legislative Assistant to Representative Mike Doyle, where responsibilities spanned from legislative correspondence to staffing. Joseph's experience also includes a Foreign Policy Fellowship at The Wilson Center and organizing for the New York State Democratic Party.
