Toni Williams

Toni Williams is an experienced consultant and trainer with a diverse background in learning and development across various sectors. Currently, Toni provides consultation services at Positive Tone Learning and trains volunteers for Primary Ethics in NSW public primary schools. Toni also delivers customized coaching and training initiatives at Associated Counsellors & Psychologists Sydney. Previous roles include Learning & Development Specialist at Demant, where Toni developed leadership initiatives for Australia and New Zealand, and Learning & Development Consultant at the Sydney Opera House, where Toni designed and evaluated employee development programs. With a strong foundation in occupational therapy and advanced studies in adult education and positive psychology, Toni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support career and personal development initiatives.
