Kevin Mangum

Kevin Mangum, D.O. is currently the CEO and physician at Primary Healthcare in Utah, providing patients with a primary care home. Kevin is also a Sports Medicine Physician at Heiden Orthopedics. Before this, they were a Sports Medicine Physician at FOOTHILL FAMILY CLINIC in Utah and a Sports Medicine Fellow at Family Medicine Residency of Idaho. Kevin completed their Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and began their medical career as a Health Care Assistant in Neurology/Neurosurgery at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. Kevin was also a CEO at Muscle and Back Clinic and a Medical Student at AT Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. During their time at Stanford Hospital & Clinics, their role involved conducting retrospective chart reviews on spinal hypotension and hemodynamic stability in pregnant patients. Lastly, they served as a Membership Committee member at American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists.

Kevin Mangum, D.O. received an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Dixie State University in 2005 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2008. In the same year, they enrolled at the University of Western States and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011. Mangum's education journey continued at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where they earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2017.
