Kevin Mangum, D.O. received an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Dixie State University in 2005 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2008. In the same year, they enrolled at the University of Western States and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011. Mangum's education journey continued at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where they earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2017.
