Gianna is an Associate, Talent at Primary and partners with our portfolio companies to identify key hires with a focus on technology. She has over four years of technical recruiting experience across a variety of industries, both at a recruitment agency and as part of an in-house recruiting team.

Gianna started recruiting directly after graduating from the University of Delaware. She quickly immersed herself in the New York Metro tech market as an active member and leader of numerous networking groups. Gianna is passionate about helping candidates realize their potential in a career, and she thrives on working with leaders to help shape their teams with exceptional talent.
