James Paulk

As Fund Finance Associate, James works on the financial operations and management of Primary's funds. He supports various investment processes, capital calls, quarterly financials, LP reporting, as well as audit and tax functions.

Prior to joining Primary, James started his career with PwC in the Real Estate Tax group. At PwC, James worked with private equity and other real estate investment clients on their tax compliance process and on various other financial matters. James graduated from Samford University and is a licensed CPA in New York.

James resides on the Upper West Side. Outside of work he enjoys travel, exploring museums, and hunting for the best brunch in NYC.
