Mel Demaestri

Mel Demaestri is a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Adobe, overseeing marketing strategies for Frame.io since November 2021. Prior to Adobe, Mel served as a Performance Marketing Manager at Frame.io for a brief period after its acquisition and has been a Founding Member of the Growth Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners since April 2022. Mel's previous roles include Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and Manager of Audience Development at Brut., as well as Social Media Manager at The Dodo, where El Dodo's Spanish-language vertical was successfully launched, achieving over 500 million monthly video views on Facebook. Earlier experience includes social media roles at HealthiNation from GoodRx and various positions in media planning and sales at Kubide Tech Builder and the Advisory Board, respectively. Mel holds a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communication and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from New York University.
