Caroline Conegliano

Caroline is a Senior Associate on the Strategy & Market Development team at Primary. She runs the firm’s Digital Executive Network, a leading community of executives in the digital commerce space. Her curiosity to understand businesses and people have enabled her to dive deep in her role supporting growth initiatives across Primary’s portfolio.

Graduating from NYU, Caroline began her career in asset management, first at J.P. Morgan, then Blackrock. She later made a career pivot and became the Strategy Director at Phillips Auctions. She helped scale the company 4x to become a $1 billion business. This experience inspired Caroline to pursue growth roles and landed at 1stdibs, leading supply strategy and business development.

Caroline is passionate about identifying opportunities to drive growth at scale. In her off time, you can find her on a spin bike or walking around Manhattan practicing her photography.
