Béchir Charfi

Béchir Charfi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Béchir started their career as a Java/JEE Web Developer at Kidiliz Group, where they participated in different e-commerce projects. Béchir then became a Team Leader and Technical Referent at the same company. Later, they joined Telnet/Ingenico Payment Services as a Technical Leader, where they developed microservices components and provided architectural guidance. Béchir also worked as a Team Leader at the company. Béchir subsequently joined konversionsKRAFT (Web Arts AG) as a Technical Project Manager, leading the design and development of digital marketing automation tools. Béchir then became the CTO and Managing Director of Softtodo, where they developed and executed the company's business strategies. Currently, Béchir holds the position of Operations & HR Director at Primatec Engineering, where they provide leadership and makes important decisions regarding policy, planning, and strategy. Béchir has also worked as an Agile Project Manager and Principal Project Manager at Primatec Engineering.
