Vasil Rashev

Vasil Rashev has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the wind energy sector, currently serving as an Engineering the Investment at Prime Capital AG since January 2020. Prior to this role, Vasil was a Project Manager at Lahmeyer International from 2016 to January 2020, overseeing wind energy projects in Europe and beyond. Vasil's freelance work in 2015 involved contract negotiations and technical consultancy for wind energy projects, particularly in Bulgaria. Vasil also contributed as a Member of the Supervisory Board at the Bulgarian Wind Energy Association from 2011 to 2015 and managed multiple wind energy projects while establishing EWS Consulting from 2010 to April 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Project Manager at VENTUREAL and holding the position of Marine Electrical Engineer Officer at Kuwait Oil Tanker Company from 2003 to 2008. Vasil holds a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Naval Academy, Varna, Bulgaria.
