Matt Lynn

Matt Lynn, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and engineering design. Currently serving as Principal Consultant, Solution Architect, and Senior Smartsheet Consultant at Prime Consulting Group since May 2022, Matt collaborates with global clients to enhance operational and project management workflows. As a Consulting Partner at P3 Sigma since March 2021, Matt has supported a diverse range of private, public, and federal organizations. Past roles include Senior Project Manager at John W. McDougall Co., Inc., and Project Manager at Metal Design Systems, Inc., where Matt managed substantial budget projects and provided engineering support.
