Shawn Housley

Shawn Housley has a diverse work experience in the finance sector. Shawn started their career in 1997 as an Audit Senior and Corporate Finance Associate at Arthur Andersen. In 2001, they joined W-H Energy Services, Inc. as the Director of Development, where they worked until 2008. Following that, Shawn joined Smith International as the Director of Development, New Projects, and Investor Relations. In 2011, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Basin Tools until 2015 when they moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Prime Downhole Manufacturing LLC.

Shawn Housley attended the University of Oklahoma from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BAcct) and a Master's degree in Accounting (MAcct). After their education, Shawn Housley acquired additional certifications. Shawn became a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder through the CFA Institute in 2008, and they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999.
