Jim Lee

Jim Lee has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Jim currently holds the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at Prime Financial Technologies since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the GC and COO at Nearside from 2018 to 2022. Jim also worked as an Associate General Counsel at Cross River Bank from 2017 to 2018 and as Lead Legal Counsel at Square from 2015 to 2017. In addition, Jim has held various roles at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2015, including Executive Director/Associate GC and Legal Counsel for Securitized Products and Asset-based Lending. Jim also has experience as Vice President/Assistant GC at JPMorgan Chase from 2001 to 2006 and as an Associate at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood from 1994 to 2000.

Jim Lee has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History, Pre-Med from Franklin & Marshall College.
