Jonathan Krausche

Jonathan Krausche is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Prime Group Holdings, LLC since June 2025. As a Founding Investor at Petworks, Jonathan contributes to a pet marketplace platform aimed at consolidating pet care access. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Director/Vice President of Mixed-Use Development at Diriyah Company from August 2022 to June 2025 and served as Sr. Vice President of Development, Design, and Construction at RPT Realty until November 2021. Jonathan's extensive experience at Westfield included various leadership roles, culminating in Vice President positions. Earlier career highlights include roles at Tokyu Corporation-Ray Wilson Co., Kiewit, and Kohly Construction. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Education Leadership Program at UCLA.
