Allison serves as the organization’s Chief Legal Officer, overseeing the legal and compliance departments. She is a native Nashvillian and brings nearly 15 years of experience to Prime Health.
Allison holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in public communications and radio-television-film from the University of North Alabama. Allison advises the company on corporate, contractual, and regulatory legal issues and manages the state certification filings and updates. She joined Prime Health Services, Inc. in 2008.
