Edward also worked at Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center from February 1995 to May 1997 as Manager of Managed Care and Managed Care Coordinator. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge, earned between 1981 and 1987.
