Michelle K. Hammer

Michelle K. Hammer, BS, CPMSM, CPCS, serves as the Corporate Executive Director of Medical Staff Services at Prime Healthcare since November 2016, overseeing operational support services and collaborating with Corporate Medical Staff Leadership. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Medical Staff Services at Shasta Regional Medical Center from June 1984 to April 2023, managing compliance with bylaws and regulatory requirements while ensuring effective collaboration between the Medical Staff and Hospital Administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Certificate of Completion in Health Care Administration from The University of Alabama.
