Sneha Alexander

Sneha Alexander, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Multi Facility Patient Access Director at Prime Healthcare since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sneha was the Patient Experience Manager and Coach at Garden City Hospital from April 2024 to September 2025, and held multiple positions, including Senior Clinical Studies Coordinator, Clinical Studies Coordinator, and Patient Services Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center between September 2019 and March 2024. Earlier experience includes a Patient Access Internship at Baylor College of Medicine in early 2021, and customer service roles at Walgreens from June 2016 to August 2019, in addition to a Financial Aid Assistant position at Houston Community College from December 2014 to June 2016, and tutoring at Kumon North America, Inc. from June 2012 to October 2014. Sneha holds a Master's degree in MHA/MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Houston Christian University (2014-2018).
