Eric Mendel

Eric Mendel serves as the CEO of Avenir Healthcare Group since January 2018, specializing in management, consulting, and administrative services for assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities in New York and New Jersey. In addition, Eric is a partner at Central Assisted Living, Brookside Multicare Nursing Center, Little Neck Care Center, White Plains Center for Nursing Care, Prime Home Health Services, and Central Home Care, showcasing a strong commitment to providing compassionate care across various healthcare settings. Eric's involvement extends to roles as a partner in Prime Health Choice and as a commission member on the Age-Friendly New York City Commission, focusing on improving accessibility and support for older adults. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Empire State Association of Assisted Living, Eric actively contributes to strengthening the state's assisted living network. Eric holds a degree in Economics from Boston University and a Master's in Health Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
