Position Overview
Prime Medicine is seeking an experienced corporate counsel to work on a broad range of legal matters across the company to help advance Prime’s business strategies. The successful candidate will possess significant securities and transactional experience in the biotechnology industry and a strong acumen for understanding corporate objectives and strategy. The corporate counsel will lead or partner on a broad range of corporate matters, including partnering with internal teams and external counsel on all aspects of corporate governance, coordinating cross-functionally on financing transactions, providing strategic legal and business advice across the company, and supporting key transactions for the company. The corporate counsel will work closely with the SVP, IP and Legal Affairs to support and assist Prime’s business functions, including finance, human resources, business development, facilities and R&D. The successful candidate will have sound business judgment who enjoys working on a diverse range of legal matters in a collaborative environment.
