Bailey Buckley has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental sciences and biology. They started their career in 2017 as a Canvasser at Environment Massachusetts and later worked as a Camp Educator at Massachusetts Audubon Society. In 2018, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and also served as a Biotechnician Assistant at the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS). In 2019, Bailey worked as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and as a Lab Manager at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. In 2021, they took on the role of an Environmental Specialist at Triumvirate Environmental. Currently, Bailey is working as a Laboratory Operations Assistant at Prime Medicine, Inc.

Bailey Buckley completed their high school education at Winchester High School, graduating in the year 2016. Following that, they attended the University of Vermont from 2016 to 2017, majoring in Environmental Studies. Bailey then transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated in the year 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Resource Conservation. In 2019, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Victoria University of Wellington, focusing on Environmental Studies for a brief period.
