Danielle Phebus

Associate Scientist II, RNA Technologies at Prime Medicine

Danielle Phebus has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Barista at Starbucks from July 2017 to August 2020. Danielle then transitioned to Quest Diagnostics as a Medical Technologist I from August 2020 to March 2022, where they utilized real-time PCR to detect various types of bacteria in patient samples. Danielle also gained proficiency in operating DNA extraction and purification instruments, as well as PCR equipment. Danielle actively participated in procedure and instrument development activities during their time at Quest Diagnostics. In March 2022, Danielle joined ElevateBio as an Associate Scientist, where they contributed to scientific research and projects. Danielle'smost recent role as an Associate Scientist II, RNA Technologies at Prime Medicine, Inc. began in October 2022.

Danielle Phebus earned their Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from Worcester State University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Worcester State University from 2015 to 2019. Danielle also holds a High School Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences, which they obtained from Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School during the years 2008 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Danielle obtained a certification as a Certified Electrocardiogram Technician from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) in July 2016.
