Kelly Ballard

Kelly Ballard is a seasoned professional in talent and people development with extensive experience in organizational learning and development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent and People Development at Prime Medicine, Inc., Kelly has previously held leadership positions at Flagship Pioneering, Orchard Therapeutics, and Moderna, where significant contributions were made to enhance learning and development initiatives. Prior roles include Project Manager at Navis Learning and Director of Recruiting and Training at KSS International, Inc., as well as various positions at BT Conferencing, where focus areas included operational training, data analysis, and performance improvement. Kelly earned a BA in American Studies from UMass Boston.
