Spencer Tang

Spencer Tang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they began their career as a Lifeguard at Piedmont Community Pool before moving on to work as a Swim Instructor at Helen's Happy Swim School in 2015. In the same year, they also started their undergraduate studies at Wesleyan University, where they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Wesleyan, they also pursued a Master of Arts degree and worked as an MA Student from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Spencer joined Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. as a Senior Research Associate and later became an Associate Scientist until 2021. Finally, in 2021, they joined Prime Medicine, Inc. as a Senior Associate Scientist I and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate Scientist II in 2022.

Spencer Tang completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Wesleyan University, which they obtained in 2018. Spencer subsequently pursued further studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2019.
