Hesham Amiri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in service development and governance within the UAE. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Service Development and The Zero Government Bureaucracy Program at the Prime Minister's Office since June 2021, and also as an advisor at the Director General’s Office, Hesham is focused on designing future-oriented strategies. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of SAHEM TALENT, a leading human resource consultancy aimed at connecting UAE National talents with private sector opportunities, Hesham has developed innovative recruitment programs to enhance career growth. Previously held roles include Executive Director at the General Secretariat of the Cabinet and CEO at Academia Educational Consulting, among others, showcasing a solid foundation in leadership and operational excellence. Hesham holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
