Majd Alzou'Bi

Majd Alzou'bi's work experience includes serving as the Head of Governmental complaints management unit at the Prime Ministry since September 2018. Prior to that, from May 2017 to October 2021, Majd worked as a Research Engineer - Service Delivery Development and Improvement at the Jordan Ministry of Public Sector Development, where they were responsible for preparing studies related to simplifying procedures and improving services at government ministries and departments.

Before that, Majd worked at the Jordan Ministry of Informations and Communications Technology, starting in April 2012 as a Systems Engineer-E Governement. They were involved in project management for the development and implementation of assigned projects.

Prior to their roles at the ministry, Majd worked as a Procurement Assistant at UNFAO from January 2005 to May 2006, and as an Admin/procurement/IT Clerk at FAO from April 2005 to July 2005. Their earlier work experience includes a position in data entry from September 2004 to February 2005.

Majd Alzou'bi pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology from 1998 to 2004. Apart from this, Majd has not obtained any additional certifications or provided information about any other educational experiences.
