Miguel Vázquez

Miguel Vázquez has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Miguel began their career as a Recruitment Associate at Afni, Inc. in 2012 and later worked as a Recruiting Specialist at BECA GRAFIC from 2015 to 2019. Miguel then joined Page Outsourcing as a Recruitment Analyst from 2019 to 2020. Miguel's next role was at Motive Digital Inc., where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources from 2021 to 2022. Following that, they worked as an IT Recruitment Manager at Hays for a year. Currently, Miguel is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Prime Providers since 2023.

Miguel Vázquez studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universidad Anáhuac, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
