Aruna Sellathurai

Aruna Sellathurai specializes in asset management and real estate valuation, currently serving as an Asset Management Analyst at Prime Residential since March 2023. With extensive experience at CBRE as a Senior Valuation Associate and Appraiser since September 2016, Aruna has developed expertise in financial modeling, investment presentations, and market research.
