Adam Mignogna

Adam Mignogna, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and accounting. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Prime Rock and TenEx Technologies since February 2018, Mignogna oversees financial operations in the oil & gas and real estate sectors. Previous roles include External Reporting Manager and Senior Accountant at Actua Corporation, as well as an Accountant at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where accounting procedures were developed and improved. Early career experience includes tax accounting at Piermani & Bearoff, P.C. and flight instruction at Gateway Aviation. Mignogna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Gwynedd Mercy University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Aviation Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
