David Bemer Jr.

David Bemer Jr. is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Construction Manager at Prime Rock since January 2022. Prior to this role, Bemer worked as a Construction Project Engineer at Atlantic Lining Company, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2022. Bemer also gained valuable experience through internships at CBRE and Alara Capital, where responsibilities included client strategy development and analysis of semiconductor industry companies, respectively. Bemer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, completed in 2013, and attended Malvern Preparatory School from 2005 to 2009.
