Ben Peters

Ben Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and marketing within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery at Prime Therapeutics since September 2016, Ben leads the Member Communications team, successfully coordinating over 3,000 campaign mailings during the 2020 plan year. Prior roles at Prime include Senior Marketing Specialist, contributing to Member Messaging campaigns, and Project Manager, overseeing Medicare and Medicaid materials compliance. Before joining Prime Therapeutics, Ben worked at Target for six years as a Process and Systems Analyst, where efforts led to significant improvements in support issue resolution and team satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles in sales and merchandising at Sports Authority. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a CPPM certification from the University of St. Thomas.
