Betty Hartman

Betty Hartman is an accomplished talent development professional with extensive experience in leadership development and performance improvement. Currently serving as Principal of Talent Development at Prime Therapeutics since November 2017, Betty focuses on creating strategies that enhance culture and engage employees. Previously, at Tennant Company, Betty held roles that included Training & Education Leader for the Americas, where leadership in sales training established an industry reputation for excellence. As the President of Tower Group Ltd., Betty provided performance improvement consulting across various organizational levels, specializing in leadership development and change management. Betty holds a B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, complemented by studies at Loyola University Chicago and Capella University.
