Bill Wilcox

Bill Wilcox is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Prime Therapeutics since 2015, Bill leads the controllership function, overseeing core accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance for a major Pharmacy Benefit Manager managing $30 billion in drug spend. Prior to this role, Bill held various leadership positions at OptumInsight from 2010 to 2015, directing accounting functions, month-end close activities, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Bill's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where duties as an Assurance Manager encompassed audit leadership for private companies across diverse industries. Bill holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
