Crystal Famiano

Crystal Famiano has extensive experience in solution strategy and operational management, primarily at Prime Therapeutics since July 2014, where roles have included Solution Strategist Sr, Solution Product Owner, Claim Adjudication Release Manager, and Manager of Government Programs for Medicare and Medicaid. In these positions, Crystal has defined product vision, managed teams, and prioritized backlogs to align stakeholder expectations with business objectives. Prior to Prime Therapeutics, Crystal held various leadership roles at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, managing multiple program sites, developing staff, and ensuring program quality. Crystal holds a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.
