Eric Purvis

Eric Purvis possesses extensive experience in analytics and workforce management, currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics at Prime Therapeutics since December 2015. In this role, Eric leads the applied analytics team, drives strategic initiatives, communicates data insights to cross-functional teams, and oversees budget development for the contact center. Prior to this, Eric held various positions at eviCore healthcare, including Senior Manager of Workforce Management, where Eric managed workforce personnel, analyzed performance statistics, and coordinated staffing plans. Eric also worked at Walgreens as a Long Range Forecasting and Planning Analyst and began a career at NextEra Energy, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University.
