Kathy Blair, MS HRM, CDR is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Prime Therapeutics since March 2020, Kathy previously held significant roles at HCA Healthcare, including Manager and Director of Physician Recruitment, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting physicians for multiple facilities. Additional experience includes managing a team of recruiters at Sears Holdings Corporation and serving as a Senior Account Executive at Capital Healthcare Solutions. Kathy began her career as a Clinical Recruiter for North American Partners in Anesthesia. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in HR Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
